material:

1 cup wheat flour (chapati flour) 1 tbspn ginger-green chilli paste 1 tbsp sesame seeds 2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 3/4 cup yogurt (or as per order required) 1½ tbsp oil + according to the regular flavor

Method:

Put the wheat flour in a small compartment, (a box that comes easily within the pressure cooker) and bind the box with the lid. Take a 3-5 liter capacity steel / aluminum pressure cooker and put 2 cups of water in it and keep a stand. Keep the box above the stand. Close the pressure cooker and let it cook in medium flame for 4-5 whistles or steam for 15-18 minutes. Turn off the gas and allow the cooker to cool for 5-7 minutes. Open the lid of the pressure cooker and carefully remove the (napkin) compartment. Open the lid of the compartment. Turn the dough into a bowl by reversing the box. You can see in the picture that the dough has become stiff after cooking in steam. Break the pestle with the pestle and make the powder. Take it out and remove all the small and big pieces (they can be broken again by the pestle and filtrate ). Add ginger-green chilli paste, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1/2 cup curd, oil and salt in it. Mix well.Excellent flour. If necessary, put the remaining remaining 1/4 cup yogurt (according to need). The quantity of curd for kneading flour depends on the quality of the flour. Make a chuckle / save machine and chalky mesh (star shaped hole). Smooth the inside surface of the machine of the wheel and apply the chuckle mesh with oil. Keep the chuckle mesh in the machine. Round the dough in length and insert it inside the machine. Close the lid. The machine is now ready to make chuckles. Take a plate or aluminum foil or butter paper or plastic. Hold the machine with one hand on it and rotate its handle with the other hand and make a chuckle. You can make big or small chicks according to your choice. If you find it difficult to straighten out chuckle, first make a long line while rotating the machine and make the round rotate the chuckle later. Heat the oil on medium flame in a pan. To check whether the oil is hot enough, put a little dough into the hot oil of the break. If the dough comes immediately to the surface immediately without changing the color then the oil is ready.
