A Review of the food documentary, "What the Health"

I really can't take it anymore with all of these vegan propaganda documentaries and books. I thought this was a good documentary, but I should've known better. Yes it is true that vegetables and fruits should be the main source of our diet BUT meat is NOT the culprit to most diseases today! I'm so SICK and tired of people saying meat causes cancer. Well if you consume meat from industrialized farms, not free range or cage free, usually injected with antibiotics and fed corn and grain or anything other than GRASS, of course you're going to get sick! Not only are you what YOU eat, you are what THEY eat as well! As far as dairy goes, STOP consuming pasteurized and homogenized dairy products! Stick with RAW dairy. Leave food the way GOD intended it to be! Is it such a coincidence that ever since MAN started messing with food, we got sicker???? God tells us what to eat and what NOT to eat in Leviticus. Also, the speaker in the movie said, "Sugar doesn't cause weight gain, meat and dairy does." Are you serious?? Again, nothing but vegan propaganda. KNOW where your food comes from! Grow and raise your own food! Shop at farmer's markets or find a local farmer! WE are responsible for our own health!
