#WhatsCookingChallenge - Beerchicken (for them who loves beer 🍺 and chicken 🍗) :-)

Yes we cock with beer :-)
So first what is this? And why we do this?
It is a chicken wich is sitting on a bottle of beer. Trust me. It will be the most juicy Chicken you ever have tasted.
The beer will wet it with a continuous light taste of beer will avoid that it will get dry...
So juicy and crispy 🍗
If you are interested, watch here what you need for the deli chicken!
What we need:
- a chicken
- can of beer or a bottle
- greens like parsley or rosemary
- spices like cayene pepper salt or paprika
- chili peppers if you like it hot 🔥
Mix all up. Water the chicken with beer and spices.
Put it on a beer can or a bottle. And fire it up for about minimum 1h in oven with 170degrees.
And after that you get a outside crispy chicken and inside very soft, with a taste of beer chicken meat.

Hmmm Never tried this. Will the heat from only the bottom then be enough?
Yes, it works beautifully - but you would need to do it in a weber style device, like this....
