The message is one of the things that is most guarded by WhatsApp developers, because indeed it is the most privacy that is owned by its users. When a message is leaked to the public, obviously this will be something bad from the service.

Various ways have been done by Facebook to maintain that privacy. Starting from providing encryption systems to messages or calls, to biometric security for smartphones that have a fingerprint sensor security system.

And news recently spread that revealed that the developer plans to offer a feature that allows the message to later be deleted by itself. So, for secret messages no longer need to be deleted manually by the user, because before a backup is erased by itself.

Quoting from the NDTV Gadgets page, reveals that the latest WhatsApp beta application for Android devices has got it. This automatic message deletion feature can already begin testing by its users.

Initially this feature is called Disappearing Messages, where messages will be deleted by themselves after some time is sent. However, in this latest version it comes with the name Delete Messages. Not only that, in the latest WhatsApp beta application it also looks dark mode is still in the stage of further development.

The Delete Messages feature is present in the Contact Info or Group Settings section (can only be activated by a group admin). Users can activate whether the Delete Messages will work in hours, days, weeks, months, or even per year.

Because this is still in beta, not all users can feel it. And the WhatsApp beta version 2.19.348 also cannot be installed via the general Google Play Store. But can be obtained through the Google Play Beta Program, or maybe it can also be through third parties such as APK Mirror for example.
