My mom made huge observation on her way to church...
Norfolk southern passes through downtown Duluth carrying Maersk, JBHunt, Hyundai, etc. Somehow the state of Georgia receives their share of interstate commerce, putting a skyline where there was no skyline before.
Jimmy Carter did the same thing in the seventies, using fixed universal life premium to put skylines in American cities which no skylines. Hats off to Nathan Deal, Sonny Perdue and Zell Miller for doing for Georgia what Carter did for the nation. I was so tired, I wouldn't have noticed.
Thanks, mom. Plenty Georgia towns cross railways, but they don't look like downtown Duluth.
