WhaleShares- What is it and Why should you care?

Let me start with I am not a tech geek or a tech nerd. I am a simple person that understands value.
Steemit is an amazing platform for many reasons. Its allow for social media to be shared and users or members of the community. You can create content that has value and receive compensation for the content. There is however a major flaw in the system. If you have been involved with Steemit from early days you have a LOT of Steem Power. Steem Power is in simple forms the influence you have due to the value of your vote. Most individuals (Whales) that have all this influence and power dont exchange the these in the community as it was intended. This causes a dam in the river of steem so to speak. It also leave the new guys all fighting for that value to try and get their little account built up. If you have every tried to sell someone something that deals with sales people daily you understand. That person as soon as they sniff sales shut down.

Now the amazing part of this idea and what it does. Whaleshares allow individuals the ability to tap into that steem power, that amazing influence and use it at their own discretion. You get whaleshares and upvote your post, or upvote someone else you think deserves it. You can take the whaleshares and use them for a massive boost to your individual steem power.
