Food my family and I had over the weekend.
This is a plain prata I make at home for our lunch. Prata is a flour dough that most Malaysian and Singaporean loved to eat. I bought the dough from the supermarket. So all I need to do is cook this dough and eat with curry gravy example chicken curry, lamb curry, beef curry or fish curry. We can also eat prata similar to toast bread with jam, butter, sugar after it is cooked. You can put it into a pre heated toaster to be cooked so it is easy and quick.it will turnout to be very crispy and great to eat.
For this piece of Prata, I added egg to it and get this done on a pan over fire.
This is an ice coffee topped with cream. Lovely to drink after having something hot and crispy and spicy.
This is a roast duck noodle with Pak Choy. Just tossed the noodle with some black sauce and oyster for the flavor. Boiled the Pak Choy and used it as based to put the chopped roast duck.
I am sure for this dish, most can recognized this pasta dish. This is a Creamy Carbonara cooked with chicken, ham, mushroom and onions.
I hope you all like this post and thank you for supporting.

Food looks so good! Esp the Prata. It is best when freshly cooked and crispy.
Yes, many varieties like onion and can be eaten with cheese and ham. Sounds like you have eaten prata and enjoy them.
