My First And Wont Be My Last - FoodPorn

Chicken Rice, Chicken Rice where have you been all my life hahahaha

First time eating this dish and it certainly won’t be my last.

I don’t really eat chicken unless it is heavy marinated or deep fried.

This is because, I boil a lot of chicken at home and the smell kinda scares me.

When I do anyway, I always chuck a lot of onion and ginger into the pot, to mask the smell.

But that night I thought...

“Hey, I didn’t have to cook it today".

“Meaning, I didn’t have to smell it ".

"I might as well try it ".

"I need to know what all this fuss is about” lol

So the dish is advertises as “A Malaysian favourite, that comes with tender boiled chicken, fragrant chicken rice, chicken soup, bean sprouts and a combination of chilli, ginger and dark soya sauce for dipping.”

And you know what guys ….. It was sooo yummy.

I ate everything.

But what I really loved most about this dish is the sauce that the chicken and bean sprouts sit in.

It had a sesame oil taste to it, which was sooo good that i ended up just pouring that sauce directly over my rice and eating it like that hahahaha.

Ahhh if only I could go back in time and eat that dish slower.

Ayeeeee no point regretting now .

I guess next time i'm ordering the same dish ^^
