I would like to apply for this. I think I fit in most of the criterias you mentioned except that I have some leased SP right now almost expiring but not planning to lease at the moment. I'm in power up mode right now. I am willing to support whalepower community although I am also helping #japanese community so if that gets in the way for not choosing me I understand.
