What are the solution to bad governance ?

Government is the institution where we can find every possible solution of certain socio-economic and political problem. But if the government become corrupt and does not function well, then there would not be anything worse than that.

Bad governance can be seen around the world. It needs much willpower of those who are involved with it to improve it. Some measures can be taken-

1. Improving the role of the board of directors of the government.

2. Proper monitoring and evaluation in all levels, from top to local rural government.

3. Marking the risks and try to find the solution.

4. Reduce corruption no matter how hard the government have to be. 

5. More peoples involvement in the local level to raise awareness against the government. 

6. Emphasize integrity and ethical dealing in all sectors.

7. Participation, representation and fair conduct of election can helps to vote out the bad one. 

8. openness, transparent, rule of law, people's mandate representation. 

9.  Ethical conduct in recruitment and selection of the officials and openness to change the law.

10. Accountiblity in all sectors.

 All those are inter linked. Only achieving one can not help to get good governance. The general people as well as the government officials, all should have the willingness to change the system for betterment. Without the will power no matter how hard we try and mark the points of solutions, this will never going to work. We all have to come forward to help a little from our position to make our country, thus the world a better place.
