Partiko- Help fix my Issues on Blogging!

Hello! Is anyone else having Partiko freeze up and then you lose the post or comment you were working on - it's all blank? That has happened to me three times. I just did the thing posted about above where you log in on computer until you get the "that site can't be reached" message, will that fix the issue? Many thanks!
