Graduates, You Are All Awesome!!

First I would like to Congratulate all the Grads that have completed the @welcomewagon week of hell that prepares you and gives you all a leg up for this big bad world that is Steemit! @dreemsteem and the Welcome Wagon team has given you the tools you need to be a kick-ass Steemians and all of you have done such a great job and are well on your way! We couldn't be more proud of each and every one of you!

Down to the Nitty Gritty

I would think that some of us might remember getting up on a Sunday Morning and heading outside to get the big Sunday Edition of the local newspaper. I looked forward to that every week just because of the Comic section. I loved the puzzles and comics and hated that I was a kid and had to wait for the adults to finish with it before I could have it. It's so nice to be an adult! Okay... I digress.

Here's your mission should you choose to accept:
Below you will find a name jumble puzzle. The names are your own and others in the Welcome Wagon family. Once you unscramble the names, take the letters that appear in the circles and solve the phrase at the bottom.
