Just putting a bug in your ear, you might look into the ketogenic diet. You'd still get to eat burgers (minus the bun) and bacon, and good fats to keep you full, and you drop water weight quickly in the beginning, then burn your fat as fuel, so you drop your fat. Not preaching, :), but its working for me. 22 pounds down in 2 months. And I'm not hungry. And I don't exercise (but I should).

Thanks for the tip clickinchicken - trying to drop 12 kilo in 12 weeks. Will look into the ketogenic diet. At this stage just trying to replace two meal with fruit and veggies and keep a third as your standard. You are doing very well with your weight-loss, keep up the great work. SK.
