Super healthy and fast to make Oatmeal. To slim down...

I am personally not a big fan of oatmeal i would rather have some nice sandwich. And recently i have noticed everytime i have a sandwich for breakfast i feel really sick. No matter what kind of sandwich. So i decided to try to make my oatmeal somehow different and healthy. I came up with this and it tastes amazing and keeps me full for good 2 hrs.

1C Milk (I use 1% you can use any you like)
1/2 Quaker Oats Oatmeal
Salt
1tsp Coconut oil
Honey

Combine milk, oats and salt. Bring to boil. Cook about 1-2 minute over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add coconut oil and mix it well. Cover it and let it stand for another 3 min. Then i just add a little bit of honey and enjoy it with a cup of green tea.
Fast, Yummy, and Delicious.
