Salmon Wasabi Burgers

Salmon Wasabi Burgers are perfect if you like spicy food. Delicious with a fresh salad or on an oopsie!

What do you need?

500 grams of salmon fillet without skin
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
2 fresh spring onions, finely chopped
50 grams of fresh coriander, finely chopped
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
80 grams of almond flour
1 teaspoon of salt
30 grams of wasabi powder
1 tablespoon of water
olive or coconut oil for roasting

And then what?

Cut salmon into cubes of 0.5 centimeters.

In a large bowl, mix salmon, ginger, spring onions, coriander, eggs, lime juice, almond flour and salt.
In a small bowl, mix the wasabi powder and water into a paste.
Mix the wasabi paste with the salmon mixture.
Make 4 burgers (or 6 smaller ones) with your hands.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Bake the burgers golden brown in portions, 6 to 8 minutes per side
