We grew up being told breakfast is the most important meal of the day and one should not skip breakfast. Recent studies show that breakfast is not important and you should skip it to lose weight.

Breakfast like cereals, oats, muesli, corn flakes, or any other packaged food is not a good idea.

Another research, conducted by Monash University in Melbourne found that skipping breakfast could help people lose weight.

Dozens of randomized trials show that people who skip breakfast don’t eat more at other meals to make up for it. It says “No evidence supports the claim that skipping breakfast makes you gain fat or adversely reduces your resting metabolic rate.”

These findings are a tight slap on the common belief that skipping breakfast would lead to fat gain.

Researches compared several studies and found out that people who skipped breakfast weighed 1lb less than those who eat a morning meal – although weight alone isn’t a complete judge of health.

Scientists stated that the addition of breakfast might not be a good strategy for weight loss, regardless of established breakfast habits.

It does not matter whether you eat or skip breakfast it does not affect the number of calories you burn throughout the day.

If you like breakfast don’t stop just watch what you are having.

Seven studies looked at the effects of breakfast on weight change after an average study of seven weeks they found that participants who eat breakfast gained 1.2 pounds compared to those who didn’t.

Another study that compared recommendations to eat or skip breakfast in overweight/obese men and women, researchers concluded there was no difference in weight between groups.

Skipping breakfast does not affect your metabolism studies have shown.

Skipping breakfast also enhances the body’s ability to burn fat.

Scientists found that increased growth hormone improves your sleep quality, makes your skin healthy, and also increased fat loss.
