World Economic Forum - Global Risks Report 2018

Today I want to show you this risk map of the World Economic Forum of 2018:

I stumbled upon the Top Risk in Terms of Likelihood of 2018 which is "Extreme weather events". I find this rather funny.
Extreme weather events occur - by definition - rarely. "Extreme weather includes unexpected, unusual, unpredictable, severe or unseasonal weather; weather at the extremes of the historical distribution—the range that has been seen in the past."

Though the impact of extreme weather events can be dramatic, the likelihood should be low to very low. Even if climate change is considered, the likelihood stays in this range.

What's your opinion on this classification and what's your overall opinion on this risk map?
