Since 1992, when it was conceived, the WEF in Davos under Klaus Schwab has taken the lead in implementing it, very successfully. It is currently being sold as the Great Reset. Here's a bit of specificity regarding their agenda on the global population. These tactics are all intended to reduce energy demands.
The population should be moved into cities in dense and smaller housing projects and tracts. Rural land and farms in particular should be under the control of WEF partners and members. Travel by the masses should be severely limited. Beef and the use of red meat should be curtailed dramatically as its production involves too much rural land. Gasoline use should be curtailed dramatically in favor of electric vehicles for travel by the masses.
The things we are suffering in our economy since Biden, a partner with the WEF, have a direct causal effect in bringing about these agenda items and are planned. High oil and gas prices, travel restrictions from Covid, the cost of meat, the cost of urban living in single family fee simple ownership, the restrictions on internal combustion vehicles and the push to electric vehicles are all designed to push Agenda 21.
