Preview photo: that's how your longkou vermicelli will look like

Hi, guys! May be no one knows this, but I don't cook. I mean, I cook really rarely. Really. That's why cooking day (as today) is an exception from my daily life. That's why it's so precious! Because not typical, and made with special love :)

Stop justifying, girl, — I told myself, — come up with the recipe!

So, here we go.

Lazy Style Longkou Vermicelli🍜

Longkou vermicelli is a Chinese dish. It is also known as cellophane noodles. These noodles are made from pea and bean flour. Longkou vermicelli is weightless, light meals, that absorb the tastes of another ingredients added. We'll add some meat, vegetables, and soy sauce to it.

Ingredients (for 2 or even 3 people):

  • 3 bunches of dry longkou vermicelli (or as much as you want for 2 huge portions of 3 normal ones)
  • nearly 150 g of beef (can be chicken, too)
  • soy sauce — as much as you want, it replaces salt and all the spices actually
  • few spoons of olive oil
  • a bunch of any vegetables you can find in your fridge (I found frozen carrot, pea, broccoli, and pepper mix)

Stage 1: boil the noodles

Boiling the noodles takes 5-7 minutes. I added a pinch of salt into the boiling water but it's rather my habit than the necessity.

Stage 2: cut the beef

Cut the meat into really tiny, thin slices, pieces or whatever you call it. The tinier the better.

Stage 3: start frying the veletables

For frying use the olive oil. The temperature of burner must be on maximum. Mix the vegies all the time. It should take not more than 3 min.

Stage 4: add the meat slices to the frying pan with vegies

Same rule: the burner must be on maximum. Don't cover the frying pan, mix all the time. Fry until the meat is almost ready (like you feel that 2 more minutes, and the meat is completely ready).

Stage 5: add a bit of soy sauce

Mix, mix, mix. 30 seconds for this stage.

Stage 6: add the noodles and as much soy sauce as you like

Mix really well. Keep mixing (still on the burner) may be 1-2 minutes.

Stage 7: Enjoy your meal! | Смачного! | Afiyet olsun!

The meal prepared with pasta and meat is a complete nutritional reservoir. When I was interested in bodybuilding sports, I was consuming pasta, grain meat and chicken meat frequently. The photo quality of the dishes is great, you have prepared the production stages very well. Your participation in the contest has been successfully approved.
