Weekend Freewrite 5/5/18 (prompts 1-3)
My brother was doing that thing he did. That thing with the rag in the sink. He hated the school we went to. None of the teachers were nice. All the kids want to get even with them. My brother took a wash cloth from home, and when the bell rang after lunch, he went into the boy's bathroom, shoved the rag into the drain from one of the sinks, then turned the water on full blast. I watched him sneak out of the bathroom and run to his classroom. He stuck his pointer finger at me. I knew what that meant because he punched me one time when I tattled on him. But he shouldn't have to worry, because even I don't like my teacher. I can't wait to see what happens. My brother wants to flood the school so we all get to go home for the rest of the day, if not the rest of the week. The final bell rang, so all kids were in their classrooms. I kept looking at the clock on the wall. Not a sound was heard from anyone.
Only uncle Bill thought that this was funny. The bathroom started flooding about an hour after we went back to class. I guess we thought it would happen faster. The school bell rang, and the principal shouted on the intercom, that school was dismissed, due to a water leak. I laughed inside because I knew what happened.
When we got home, uncle Bill asked what we were doing home so early. My brother said there was a flood in the boys bathroom. Then he shrugged his shoulders and ran off to play outside. Uncle Bill used to go to that school, so he knew how mean the teachers all are. He has only been out for 8 years. He told me that he has a feeling he knew what caused it, because he had done the same thing. He also told me that it would be wise to act like I don't know anything. I said ok and started walking to my room.
All the parents were contacted via email, about what happened. Then they were asked to talk to their children, so as to get to the bottom of this. Dad and mom called us into the kitchen.
Dad looked sternly at us both. "I have a feeling one of you knows what happened. You both have plenty of friends there, but those friends are not going to protect anyone when something goes down. What happened at school Max?"
"Nothing dad. I was in my class on time, like we are supposed to be."
Dad looked at him, and raised his eyebrows. "You know nothing about the mysterious rag someone shoved in the drain?"
"No sir."
"Interesting, because the school sent a picture of it, with the email. That rag was from here."
Max still swears he didn't do it. The buzzing of the lies grew louder.
"Are you saying your sister did it? That I find hard to believe."
..Can you say BUSTED?

I was supposed to bring you the prompt on Sunday - but I forgot 😩
Did you, by any chance, do the weekend freewrite where the first prompt was the same - only with a female protagonist. Please let me know if yes.
And I know you know about the party - but please, invite others as well :)
Lol, I feel like I missed something. The only weekend prompts I recall are the 1-3, and homemade jams, which I did both.
If you mean the one months back, I sure did. That is what started mt strange family meeting Chozzy.
