5 Minute Freewrite Sunday 2-4-18
Something unforeseen and uncontrolling picked up the paper
I had been working on.
What is this unforeseen thing? It is the wind, blowing gently as
if drifted from the clouds.
As it blew my paper into the air, I saw something glint through
the other side as the sun shone through it.
Why, I had been writing on a palimpsest it seems. I do not recall
where I got the paper, but someone had previously written on it,
unbeknownst to me. They must have erased it before I got it,
because it did not have any writing that I saw. Now as I hold it up
to the sun, yes, I see something scribbled under my own writings.
How intriguing to know that same paper had someone else write
their story before I did mine.
And this is exactly how it's done! That word lol but I have seen some awesome freewrites using it and I think a whole bunch of us just learned a new word.
I did it right? Sweet. Makes me very happy. :-) And good to know I am one teaching the lol. :-)
I like the way you put both the prompts in your freewrite. It flows very naturally!
