The Unsaved Slave : A Weekend Freewrite Poem.

Yes, we are in the year 2060
All granny's enter old age easily
No sign of sickness, engineered genes
Life of peace and tranquillity.
...
...
Joy of a new world, unending
Man has no work anymore, doing nothing
They roam the street, play games, betting
Even robot and machines do the birthing.
...
...
The big brother made a pact
Take a pill, to that we'll know your allegiance
Those who didn't were outcast
Living at the mercy of hungry jackals.
...
....
No new world we were told, only this
We the remnant kept hope alive
We toil each day to build our colony
They sent a Judas to destroy the building.
...
...
Only a pill, take, no more ill
There promise looks cheap
Truth is, by that mankind became still
In thinking, inventions, strategies and skill.
...
..
All for a total control, they say
An end to slavery we proclaim
A protest by there gate
If the saved slaves can be unslaved.
...
