Having just returned from a funeral, my heart is already soft. The matriarch lived to 99 1/2 and died with her family around her. Her granddaughter is my best friend. This dear woman is a breast cancer survivor. The struggles are so hard on the body and she is cancer free currently. The quality of life is so important for cancer patients and often caretakers suffer the most through their loved ones journey. Your story touches me deeply.
