Now I really want that burger. :) Never thought about putting rice in it. Just how much and what does it do for the burger? Is it rice burger or burger rice, if that makes any sense. :)
There's not much rice, just binds it in a similar way to bread crumbs I guess. Lightens it a little. Only a little rice though. Be liberal with the sweet chilli sauce though.
