Weekend Recap

Hi Friends,

I had a great weekend and I hope each of you did as well.

On Saturday, I spent some time in the mountains prospecting for gold. I will make a post soon about that outing. On Saturday afternoon, we ran a few errands around town as a family and checked out a couple of places that have fish for sale (see yesterday’s post). We ended the night back home where I made steaks and corn on the cob. :)

We went to Church on Sunday morning and spend some time hanging out with friends after for a while - they made pulled pork sandwiches, which were delicious! I washed the cars after lunch, and the kids joined me outside shortly after and we played outside until dinner at 5:30. My wife went to a baby shower for a friend during most of the time we were outside, and we had pizza for dinner.
