Millions of Dollars Worth Of Cannabis Vapes Sitting In Evidence Lockers
In recent years we have seen the growing concern for cannabis vapes in the public arena, witnessing both government officials and the media regularly stressing discontent with the habit and for the products in general. Police agencies around the United States and elsewhere have sought to go after black market sellers, confiscating millions of dollars in product along the way.
Vape busts are on the rise in the United States and in the last 2 years alone it's reported that the police have seized more than 500k vape products.
There are several circumstances where families have sought illegal access to the oil because it is the only thing that has brought them comfort from a myriad of ailments, many have argued that it's been responsible for helping to save their lives by improving their quality of life and helping in reducing discomfort for them.
Police are dividing up their resources in an effort to prioritize taking illicit drugs like cocaine and heroin off the streets, along with now seeming to aggressively police cannabis cartridges. In the meantime, those resources that are focusing on drugs are not focusing on violent crime in your community. I see it as a sad waste of human potential, to be busy policing vapes and drugs, when there are other more serious matters to be concerned with.
Too many currently depend on the criminalization of drugs for employment.
Those who are seeking cannabis products should already be well aware that in most circumstances, there is a high possibility that the thc carts they are finding could very well be fraud vape products. Unless they are involved in the production process themselves or trust the company that is behind the product, there has and always will be a problem with bootleg options to be found and that isn't specific to the cannabis market alone you can see it in other markets as well, clothing, makeup etc.
Just because a product might come from the black market doesn't mean it cannot be made of quality, and buying a product from the regulated market isn't always an item that can be trusted to be exactly what it says it is. Individuals should exercise caution when they seek to make any purchase.
The space that's being used to currently house the cannabis, vape cartridges, and other similar drug items, is being wasted. At times it can take weeks, months even, for crime labs to fully perform their evidence analyses for violent crimes, and those efforts are impeded by the drug war and the thousands of drug tests that need to be performed so that peaceful individuals can be locked up in cages.
People are going to go with the market that meets their needs, whether it be in quality, convenience, price, or options. If people are free then they should be free to make exchanges in a consensual manner without a third party intervening in the process, and possibly confiscating what could be quality products that people would want, from the possibility of people being able to exchange for them willingly. While trying to 'keep us safe' from their perceived vaping health crisis, they are violating our natural liberty by preventing us from seeking out consensual exchanges with others.

How about all the single-use plastic packaging in the Cannabis industry of these days I'd love to hear you write about that one as well.
It would be so much easier to just legalize it all... no more war on drugs, no more wasting money fighting against humanity needs.
I never tried a cannabis vape, Portugal has drugs decriminalized but they aren't sold in stores so getting a vape is probably impossible... the only vapes I've seen are those with different tastes and most are just water vapor.
even after they legalize they still put ppl in jail over it, and some areas take years before products make it to shelves, it's a nightmare ..they can't do anything right 😂😂
