CBD Legalization- Taking America by Storm
CBD oil is taking America by storm. For those who don't know, CBD oil is cannabidiol, a substance that protects the cannabis plant from UV light and predatory insects. CBD oil is a byproduct of the cannabis plant, and has medicinal qualities. CBD oil is being legalized in America and is becoming popular.
CBD oil is non-intoxicating and is used for health reasons and not to "get high". CBD oil does not contain THC, which produces the cannabis "high". The plants that produce this resin are selected for the trait, and the oil is extracted using a solvent (water or ethanol) or CO2.
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized the production and sales of cannabis products with THC content of 0.3% or less. Federally, CBD oil is legal, but each state regulates it their own way. Before you use, buy or make this oil, make sure you know the laws in your state.

Legalized is what we wanted. Bastardized is what it will become and currently THC and CBD have been commercialized. It’s now more important than ever to grow your own. (But, I don’t, I quit in April.)
