In the shoes of a cannabis user
The first inhale
Bliss. My mouth feels warm and my throat stings a bit. My eyes start to squint, and the pain in my body lifts away.
Most will never experience the healing effects that cannabis can bring. Even temporarily, it can be an escape from the sharp edges of reality.
My godfather wishes that it were legal; he doesn't have the street smarts to obtain illegal weed. I don't know if I should approach him, and offer him some. My family doesn't know I consume. But it may be worth it if I can help ease the pain of his last years on earth.

the effects it has on family and relationships... This is a very interesting time compared to the last 70+ years.
I Would Urge You to Either
look into sourcing cleaner cannabis or, at the very least, using a water bong. Cannabis smoke should be soft, cool and aromatic/flavorful. The exhale should be just as flavorful as the inhale. ;)
