She is Ilana Rose Glazer (Born April 12, 1987). She is an American comedian, writer, and actress. She is best known for co-creating and co-starring in the comedy central series Broad City, which is based on the web series of the same name. She was twice nominated for the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Actress.

She Confessed, she had a stoner friend. She tried the Stoner Life, loved it and decided to live it. She doesn’t even pretend to hide it either. She’s proud of her pothead ways and we’re proud that she’s proud to be herself.
During an interview with Jimmy Kimmel she admits she smokes weed off the show, telling Kimmel buys her pot from a Businessman who has garbage bags full of weed. She is Inspiring Proof that a stoned improv student can create a groundbreaking, top-rated comedy.
She & Her Partner Abbi have put female stoners front and center in primetime for the first time ever. She likes the idea that women carry their own weed and buy their own weed. She said:
I like that, because it’s me. I'm somebody who writes. I'm somebody who fucks. And weed is a big part of it.
Glazer & Broad City
Broad City is an odd-couple comedy about two best friends (Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glaze) navigating their twenties in New York City. So do Broad City stars smoke Real Weed on set?
Glazer handled this answer for the comedy duo, referencing again the impossibility of getting high while shooting a television show:
