Why do I hate smoking?

I got this tattoo when I was 17 because I loved smoking weed. A few years later I stopped smoking. Now that I’m 32 my wife likes to smoke but I don’t still. I don’t know why I don’t like smoking any more, but I do love eating edables
I love eating these and getting high but I hate to smoke it. Is this weird? what way do you like to consume your bud?
