Will cannabis be legal in the UK?

Cannabis has been illegal for many years throughout the UK, although there is now a political party fighting for some sense of the matter. The Lliberal Democrats have said that if put into power plans will be brought forward that they will decriminalize and legalize cannabis, so it can be taxed and sold on the high street.

Stoners across the UK have been fighting for this human right for a long time, finally calls have been answered and a party has stepped forward to take the legalization policy under their wing. However, if you have been considering voting for this party based purely on one policy think again. I, like many others, would absolutely love it for cannabis to be legal in the UK, i would do a lot to make it happen. But i cannot simply disregard policies of all other parties due to the golden policy from the Liberal Democrats.

So i am just asking stoners across the UK that were thinking on voting for them to think if your opinion of their other policies is biased due to the "golden policy". I am not going to tell you what is wrong or what is right or who you should vote for, i have heard a lot of opinions from cannabis smokers suggesting that they were going to vote for the Liberal Democrats when i know that they favored other parties before this.

So please just have a think and do your research before choosing who you will vote for, your nation would appreciate it. (to those who live in the UK!)
