Jeff Sessions lowers marijuana shares on Wall Street

US Justice Minister Jeff Sessions creates uncertainty as to whether marijuana users risk punishment even in states where the drug is now officially allowed, NTB writes.
US government sources say to the news agency AP that Sessions on Thursday will abolish a decision taken by US President Barack Obama.
