This flavorful and crunchy fennel and radish salad is a wonderful vegetarian dish, which can easily be made vegan by switching out or removing the parmesan cheese.
Ingredients List :
- 2 medium fennel bulbs
- 1 bunch (about 1/2 pound) radishes, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Cannabis-Infused Olive Oil*
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
