#Wednesday Walk- MLK Memorial
Just for perspective, this is from my window several months ago
The MLK Memorial and burial site is across the street from my building.
The above photo shows my view from above.
Below is my apartment seen from below

No need to explain this one

Still learning this bloody camera, had to heavily alter this image
Just to get anything usable.↓↓

What follows is a series of shots from inside the memorial grounds.

And this, of course, is my favorite, and again, of course,
I had to stop and play a few songs. Being alone, I had
No one to man my camera while I did so.

Now, I step across Auburn to the actual museum/church grounds

Nothing there interests me, but for the roses

My Mother had a passion for roses, trying desperately to grow
Them in the poor soil where we lived, which of course I had to help with.

I never could get this one to sharpen in after processing.

And therein lies my #Wednesday Walk for @tattoodjay

I have never seen photos of that memorial site. Since this fits well with #cemeteryphotos, I'm resteeming!
Thanks @melinda010100, I appreciate the added exposure. I wouldn't have
Thought about using the #cemeteryphotos tag for this.

Want to have your post on the map too?
I have heard of this memorial but never see it so thanks so much for the walk and sharing it with us
Thanks for joining Wednesday Walk :)
There are several things that I didn't show, the original "Ebenezer
Baptist church" which is RIGHT below my window, the inside of
These memorial buildings with their exhibits and canned dialogue
Those things have no interest to me at all, so I didn't go for it.
Glad you liked my efforts @tattoodjay.
I think if they have no interest to you they for sure should not be included, its your post and walk so you should share what you find interesting
Hello there my friend, @jerrysuseer, great photos, thanks for sharing
Hi @farm-mom, thanks for stopping by and commenting ♥
