Hiya, Nick! @nickyhavey I actually like that! I paraphrase that quotation when I do my #MarketFriday challenge! I believe I say that where else can you take such a quick trip around the globe? Of course, that is when you are perusing all of the posts attached to the challenge.
Thank you for leaving such a kind comment and you are exactly right! It is just like having that cool scrapbook that we all used to love looking through when we were kids. I know the scrapbooks you mean. I got in to the habit of handwriting journals when I went travelling a few years back and may well do the same this time round when I jet set off in 3 weeks time! I tend to write far too much though as I just let the ramblings happen haha

The tip? It just puts a little bit of SBD in your account. Nothing to get excited about, but every little bit counts. I like using it to boost the little bit of voting power I have.

Well that's pretty cool! Do you need to be a part of tipu for it to work or can anyone do it? Well, I'll give it a go and see what happens haha!
I am going to be off travelling to Australia and NZ for a few months. Will be hoping to blog at least a little bit whilst I am out there 🙂

You have to put money in a @tipu account and then you draw off that when you tip someone. You go to your wallet and hit the carrot on the Steem Dollars (or Steem) and click on transfer and fill in tipu in the amount you want to put in the bank. Then knock yourself out giving tips. :)

I am looking forward to sharing them! Going to have to get up earlier in the days so I have time to write the blogs as they do take me a looooong time to write and the perfectionist in me doesn't sleep, even when I'm asleep haha!

If you were looking to leave a tip, you must first put the ! and then the word tip. So it looks like this: !tip and now you will get another! :)
As far as the tips are concerned, you deposit a certain amount of money and although they used to increase your shares with each Deposit they no longer are doing this but they're working on getting tipu tokens introduced.
I see thanks for the information and the tip again haha! I'll check out their "how to" guide as well and see what's going on.
I do quite like the steembasicincome model where you can give someone a share in the scheme by sending 1 steem over and then you get upvotes for life from them on your blogs.
