I wouldn't know about costs. My towing banners is a skill which I'm not rated for so I'm afraid I can't help. Though I might fly over Leeds Fest next week. I'm there on the Sunday but I might go over on Saturday.
Do you need a steemit tshirt for Leeds fest?
