if you want to make a website than both WordPress and blogger platform are good. wordpress free but you have to invaste some money to make website in wordpress but in case of blogger it is afree platfrom by google.

you have to buy a domain name and hosting server. than you can customize a website in wordpress. you can find lots of tutorial in google about how to make blog in wordpress.

Blogger

It is totally free and very easy to make a website in blogger in just 2minutes to blogger.com and then create your blog.
