                           1.install notepade++ 

                           2.go to control panel

                             

                           3.click folder options 

                           4. click view 

                           5. removed  hide extensions for known file types (windows 7)

                           6. click ok 

                           7 .take notepade 

                           8. rename notepade (write index.html)   (any name . html)
