predictive linquistics?

'predictive linquistics'...taken at face value..would be...uh...telling the truth? If if your word is NOT predictive then you NOT telling the truth.
right?
Clif High in the referenced webpage states:
You are correct that NOT telling the truth is NOT predictive. I think because NOT telling the truth is a conscious act, Clif's software is somehow removing conscious expressions from the processing. I do not know how it works. It could be like a lie detector for written communication.
I like to keep track of the accuracy of the predicted events. Sometimes the ALTA report is like an astrology reading. The ALTA report is not always right and sometimes is a partial hit. But there are times that it nails it.
Clif High believes humans are psychic beings who can sometimes see the future. Somehow his software (webbots) search the web for "potential leakage of (the) future".
At first I thought it was just hocus-pocus, but the ALTA Report has been correct at times. A recent example is the Trump victory when everyone else seemed to predicting HRC would win. As far as the "missing Hillary" prediction, I think that was a partial hit. The ALTA report is correct about the "confusion" after the election.
Like any other story you read or listen to, it is up to the listener as to what they take away from it. I am still skeptical of the ALTA report but see value in it for thinking about what MAY/COULD happen in the future, NOT what WILL happen in the future.
