There are "Methods for Controlling Hurricanes" as evidenced by the screenshot below. I always wonder if these patents have ever been put to the test. Conspiracy Theorists or anybody who knows more about this subject please share the information.
if you search "patent US20100072297" on Google, a Google Patent website will show up, which gives you detailed information on the patent.
Do you people think this technology has been tested? and if so, would it be implemented to make the hurricanes bigger or smaller (I am hoping smaller but I am thinking bigger)

Freeze the water in the path of the hurricane but problem is that hurricanes are huge lot easier to hit tropical depressions forming in the gulf or ocean.
