It was very early and I had just woken up when I wrote this, I made an update because I was a bit to general and felt I left a lot of information out that needed to be added in for everything to make sense. I have never heard that statement before, I personally have heard to stay away from Occluded (known for bad weather), and troughs, these both almost always have nasty weather.
