Summer day in mid fall
We are experiencing another extraordinary day here in The Netherlands (and the rest of Western Europe). After a very long heat wave in July and August, we are breaking records again with more than 25 degrees Celcius.
Although a lot of people (including myself) like that the weather is very nice in the middle of the fall, this also is another sign that the climate is changing at an unprecedented rate. It is widely agreed that this will lead to a lot of extreme weather and, because of that, to a lot of harm to people and property.
As much as I'm now enjoying this weather, I really hope we can find a solution for this as mankind.
