Change Your Mindset About Wealth to Become Wealthy YourselfsteemCreated with Sketch.

Melissa McEwan about wealth.jpg

Came across a screenshot of a woman criticizing wealthy people. And... I strongly disagree. 😌 Melissa McEwan that wrote that clearly does not understand wealth creation. No rich person has millions - not to say billions - just laying idly around. That money is working somewhere in some way, no matter how.

As such, it creates value for society, like creating jobs as a result of an investment in a business or a loan to a business, or in many other ways like funding an innovative idea that can be sold for profit yes, but that will also make society better.

Ultimately, that money turns into salaries for ordinary people, who would have been without a job was it not for that investment that made their workplace possible.

Furthermore, that salary enables the employee to study and to save, and to eventually put up his own business and become rich himself. Problem is, people with 'job security' becomes lax, and instead of studying they party or do a BBQ and waste a whole day.

In America almost no employee has any job security, and can be fired on the spot, with immediate notice. Even the CEO's of big companies have that sword over their heads. This is why 17% of Americans work for themselves, and why that country is so rich per capita.

Meanwhile, in countries like South Africa, less than 0.5% of people work for themselves, because of restrictive labor laws giving them a false sense of security. The same applies to pretty much every poor country.

Restrictive labor laws 'protecting' employees are a disservice to them, for several very important reasons. One is that it limits a business from realizing its full potential, with the company being stuck with some staff members not fit for a particular role anymore. That naturally has a hamstring effect on all other worthy employees as well.

Despicably, it's always the losers in society making the most noise about the wealth of others. That while new money is being printed all the time, and new opportunities pop up every second, ripe for the taking. There's enough for us all to be rich. But instead, poor and middle-class minions opt to complain because they focus on negativity. They will remain living life in pay check to pay check compartments.

I'm not exactly poor myself, but I was dirt poor 12 years ago. As such I know both sides of the story. It all starts with a mindset shift, drawing up a plan, and then rigorously following the steps in there.

Oh, and I switched from Google Search to PreSearch Why?

  1. It delivers highly accurate, relevant search results to my queries,
  2. is vastly more private without tracking,
  3. has a beautiful customizable user interface,
  4. and they pay me for every single search, :)
  5. Plus I LOVE getting paid for doing what I would anyway have done online!
PreSearch is now a default installation choice on Android phones in the European Union thanks to the above.
