The Wealth DynamX Opportunity
Wealth DynamX exists to create millionaires and turn them into deca-millionaires so that they can eliminate poverty in their lives and own their potential. Our purpose is to improve the lives of billions of people and eradicate poverty. Poverty doesn’t just mean that a person doesn’t have a home or is starving. Those are larger gradients of poverty for sure, but poverty is a spectrum that covers everything from being homeless or starving all the way up anything that simply isn’t abundance. Everyone should have abundance in every area of their life. It is simple to do, but not easy and it takes education, a plan, and work.
Our mission is a global one and we cannot achieve it alone and we cannot achieve it just from Anchorage, AK. Wealth DynamX must expand first nationally, and then worldwide. Long story short, we are looking for more clients and we are looking for more staff.
Right now there are 15 positions we need to fill ASAP! These are all in Anchorage, Alaska currently and soon, in the Seattle, WA area.
#1 Recruiting: I need somebody awesome to fill the role of Recruiter within my company. You will be promoting what we do and the positions we need to fill. You will generate interested candidates and get communication going with them. You will then setup interviews with the candidates and select those who are a mutual fit that would thrive here! You will also be giving basic training to the newly hired staff so they understand what we do and how to win as a member of our team. From there you will help them grow into the right job. We get new staff into the company first, orient them, and then tell them what they will be best suited for based on evidence. You will run this process. I need 2 staff here immediately.
#2 Inside Sales: This is short and sweet. You will be selling Cardone University to companies all over the country. Wealth DynamX is a Grant Cardone Certified Licensee and offers a training platform created by Grant Cardone that can help companies increase their sales by 40% in the 1st 90 days on the program. For me, it has more than 10X’ed by company since I began to personally train on Cardone University. You will be generating your own lists of small to mid-sized businesses in a given area and industry. You will call on them, follow up, demo the product, and close deals. This job will require lots of persistence but for the right person, they will make a killing. I need 5 staff here immediately.
#3 Wealth Creation Coaches: This is the showcase role of our company. The Wealth Creation Coach is our clients’ own personal tycoon. They will expand your business, help you save on taxes, operate your sacred account, and strategize with you on your real estate and business deals. This person will be personally coaching our clients, and create the Wealth Creation Formula that we deliver to our clients. You will be servicing our clients at the highest level possible, helping them learn, setting goals with them, helping them confront and organize their businesses and finances, and creating a plan for them to follow to achieve their goals and targets. You will also be providing accountability and coaching. You must have mastery level knowledge of finances, investments, sales, business, and Cardone University. I need 1 staff here ASAP!
#4 Client Sales & Marketing: Our clients are amazing and need frequent communication, education, and help. This person will promote valuable information to our clients, determine what their needs are, and then market our products and services in a way that solves the problems of our clients. You will be doing lots of surveying clients, creating campaigns based on what we offer, and then massively disseminating them to our clients via phone call, text, email, social media, and direct mail. You will also help close our clients on further ownership of our services. We believe that the most satisfied clients we have are those that own all of our services and use them at a high level. I need 5 staff here immediately.
#5 Billing: We have clients that pay us via credit and debit card and this process can become hard for one person to manage. You will assist our Treasury Team in billing contracts that come through each month so that our clients can get paid up and receive their services faster. Very simply, when contracts come in, you will verify the information received, bill the client, and send them a receipt. You will then communicate to our Production team that the client has paid for their services and can now take delivery of their order. I need 1 staff here immediately.
#6 Ethics: This person will help us keep both our staff and clients operating at the highest ethical level possible. When a complaint is received or a matter is in ethical question, you will look at how to solve it in a way that causes the greatest amount of good for the most amount of people. This will also involve statistical entry and analysis to ensure we have proper data to analyze what is really happening with our staff and clients so we can make the most logical and ethical decisions possible. I need 1 staff here ASAP!
