WBJEE Seat Allotment will involve distribution and allocation of student resources into various universities and colleges that come under the WBJEE Board on the basis of the candidate’s WBJEE Test Score, WBJEE Rank List, WBJEE Eligibility Criteria etc. Candidates who are interested in applying for the WBJEE 2019 Examination can start applying from the 3rd week of December 2018. WBJEE 2019 Seat Allotment will begin in the month of June after the declaration of WBJEE Result and Rank List. The Important Dates that are to be noted are as given below.

WBJEE 2019 Seat Allotment Complete Process

WBJEE 2019 will be conducted in 3 phases or rounds. Only the candidates who will clear the WBJEE 2019 Examination will be able to register for the WBJEE 2019 Counselling. The Registration of WBJEE 2019 Counselling will involve filling up of personal details and payment of Counselling fees. After the payment, candidates can start selecting the preferences of their desired college and course in the order of their choice. Once the choices are locked they cannot be changed later on. Candidates are advised to keep printed records of their choice preferences.

After submitting the choice preferences, WBJEE Board will release the list of candidates that have been selected for the 1st round of seat allotment process along with the results in the official website.
The candidates who are selected during the first round of WBJEE 2019 Seat Allotment can proceed with provisional fee payment online.
Those candidates then can proceed to physical reporting, verification of document, and procurement of admission letter.
Candidates, at this point, will have the option of choosing to stay with the received option or can upgrade their allotment.
If chosen for an upgrade, candidates will have to proceed to the next round of Seat Allotment.
If candidates remain with their option, they can proceed to the allotted institute by payment of complete fee amount.
Then the WBJEE Board will release the WBJEE Seat Allotment for the next phase along with the results in the official website of WBJEE 2019. http://www.wbjeeb.in/
Candidates, whose names have been listed, can move on with the similar procedure that followed during the first Seat Allotment process.
This process will go on for three rounds and candidates who have been listed can report with the allotted institute, and the candidates whose names have not been called are out from the admission process.
