Futuristic concept

I came across a video shows futuristic way to cover onself while driving bicycle in the rainy season but the same concept can also be used for driving bicycle in the summer season just to protect oneself from irritating Sun rays.
This invention has a potential to boost bicycle market in the countries where bicycle riding is liked during dawn and dusk but is not being used the whole day for different work activities.[IMG_20180612_100551759~2.jpg](
