WAX Plans/Initiatives - Showcase by Guild: swedencornet

Guild swedencornet is excited to be one of the top 21 WAX Guilds of WAX Decentralized Blockchain as determined by the independent Office of the Inspector General. We are excited to be part of this journey. Thanks 💐 👏

We are running current Production nodes with Intel® Core™ i9-9900K Octa-Core that gives us an average 1.117 ms CPU execution times as shown by Aloha EOS Block Producer Benchmarks https://www.alohaeos.com/tools/benchmarks#networkId=11&timeframeId=1

To further contribute we are planning more activities as follows (draft: subject to change depending upon resources, circumstances, and environment):

1: Plan for “Hyperion API node” deployment in coming weeks.
2: Videos about WAX and related features and opportunities (1 per month - On average)
3: Posts and activities on Social Media Channels (Steemit, D.Tube, Twitter). Please see below 👇 links to Social Media Channels!
4: We will conduct meetings with youth (Stockholm Science and Innovation School, KTH/DSV-https://stockholmscienceandinnovationschool.stockholm.se/)
✍ This could be huge in terms of attracting new users and getting them on-board. Moreover if sponsored by WPS/WAX then student projects can be created to develop POCs (Proof of Concepts) leading to commercial production-grade products.
5: We are Security/Privacy/GRC professionals; I will be attending Security/GRC/CISO and Financial industry-related exhibitions/conferences. I will use these opportunities to discuss WAX/EOSIO with industry peers for future business development perspectives; There are “2” Conferences in 2020 which has Blockchain Topic which I am attending:
👉 "CISO Nordic Summit": AI, Big Data, Blockchain
👉 "NORDIC INDUSTRY FORUM BANKING AND INSURANCE"
✍ These conferences will help to expand growth in a domain outside of the existing EOSIO community.
We may plan for more conferences with a focus on games development (as time, resources, & opportunities permit us)
