Oh and that water high up in the mountains tastes heavenly, there really is nothing like it! If only man will stop polluting! Love the proverb as always, very apt choice @joanstewart.
Planning to go up again soon, have not been up for a couple of years now @lizelle the water up there is very different to what we have here on the coast, I agree it's heavenly.
Anyone who has had to carry water in jugs up a hill from the spring - or pull it up from a well - appreciates the value of water! But so many take it for granted, and don't take care of it - it's sad.
I like the adage - it's very true.

Ladies in rural areas of our country carry water for miles to keep homes running, many have forgotten where water comes from and it definitely is not out of taps, thanks for visiting @viking-ventures
Good shot. Yes, water is an essential element of life. We in Germany normally don't have any problem with water. But this year was the driest since ever. Rivers only have a 3rd of the usual water.
