Full benefit plus some. You're going to get way more vitamins and minerals from a glass of distilled water with a pinch of himalayan salts in it than you would a gallon or two of the cleanest spring water.

That i disagree because distilled water is devoid of minerals and it will just absorb all the minerals from the Himalayan salt , so you still need to add more that your body can absorb. However like i said i like distilled water just be sure you thank the water as well to structure it. :)
