hot as hell

it's so hot, I need to remeber to drink water lots of water, the goal is 5 liter.
why is that?
well the dirtiest man alieve think you should drink 5 liter of water everyday, and he is very old and lives in a hole in the desert so think it does some thing to keep him alive.
Can't hurt.

it can hurt, people have died from drinking to much water, but not 5 liter in a day spaced out evenly.
